Biography:

Kylo Ren is a central character in the Star Wars sequel trilogy, first appearing in Episode 7: The Force Awakens.

Born Ben Solo, he is the son of Han Solo and Princess Leia Organa. Trained as a Jedi by his uncle, Luke Skywalker, Ben fell to the dark side of the Force under the influence of Supreme Leader Snoke.

Adopting the name Kylo Ren, he becomes a commander in the First Order, a military junta striving to reclaim the legacy of the Galactic Empire. He is devoted to Darth Vader, his grandfather, and emulates him in his appearance and his Force abilities.

Throughout the trilogy, Kylo Ren struggles with the conflict between the light and dark sides within him, ultimately facing choices that will determine the fate of the galaxy.
